Default payoneer on paypal - no more???
My paypal is saying:

Error MessageYour card issuer denied this payment. If you have another debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account, please use that. Or take a moment to link a new debit or credit card. Contact your card issuer if you don't know why you were declined.

I have planty of $ on it... anyone else with the same problems?

ahhhhhhhh

the problem is really stupid - payoneer says there are max 9 transactions a day and it will work tommorow - how come i didn't know that before???

I'm sorry this limit wasn't communicated well enough to you. For security measures, we limit the number of payouts you can make to 9 a day. You can see them in the terms and conditions listed under My Account.
